Les Portes
Les Portes is located at the far north of the Ile de Ré. I avoid it like the plague during the summer months: It is totally under siege by posh Parisians and posers. They have gone now…shutters closed…flowers and ripe figs hanging over the walls are mine..! Les portes…I will be keeping you company and pay full tribute to you beauty until they are back…I missed you.
