Leigh-on-Sea in Essex for a bit of fresh air, cockles and chips ;-
Last week-end was just so unexpected with temperatures soaring up to 29 degrees…a bike ride through the lovely country side of Herts from Cold Christmas to Much Hadham literally took my breath away.
The garden still blooming with vibrant colours …every living creatures out too aware that winter is just round the corner…
Sunday was the best – spent in Brightlingsea a lovely unspoilt part of Essex.
Crabbing in Brightlingsea, I focused on the hands dancing unaware with the lines…who would have thought crabbing could be that graceful?
Walking through the nature reserve in Brighlingsea resulted in mushrooms and oysters for dinner and colours to last in my head for the rest of the week…tonight as I ate fresh oysters straight out of the tide it felt like we had spent the day in good old Ile de Ré…bliss.
Moi happy happy happy…
