North Face Hedgehog Review

I will be giving a full review of the  North Face Hedgehog trainers on the dailydust.co.uk as part of our latest campaign with fitnessfootwear.com

I cannot wait to take the girls (in French shoes are classified as SHE ..oui oui!) on my next exploring trips!  On the menu, the hills of Scotland and the gorgeous Mont Ventoux!

For this post I wanted to showcase the shoes in a creative way…I can officially say that I can now take a picture of myself standing on one leg  while the other leg stretches backward a-l-m-o-s-t touching my shoulder and hold my stomach in while “standing”  in front of a mirror  – ALL at the same time…the result however was not very conclusive.

So with much respect and thoughts I have decided to spare you all with my tasteless images and just show you the girls I am talking about…the great and inspiring:

North Face Hedgehog GTX XCR:

Features I am exciting about so far:

-Gore-tex: meaning I can take pictures and walk in big paddles of waters  without getting wet…this could come in handy in Scotland…

-Vibran: Grip does not mean heavy weight with this material, my last pair of walking shoes used to weigh a tone – I am looking forward to feeling lighter.

A wide variety of all actions shoes are available at fitnessfootwear.com to follow their latest news subscribe to their feeds on the Fitness Footwear blog.

Part two of Skechers Shape Ups trial # update

Ile de Re Bridgeskechers

Today I faced up to my Skechers Shape Ups challenge test on the Ile de Ré bridge. I am determined to give the Skechers a proper run and see if they feel any different to any other regular trainers – more importantly are  they going to shape me up?

Maybe I am still recovering from the day before but at the end of today I can say that my “derriere” feels as if it had been pushed into a compressor…

Feeling quite positive about the beasts!

Eco- friendly slipper with a hint of chic…

The good old Charentaises went all the way up to Paris today and enjoyed a bit of glam and ego boost!

The famous pair of slippers were paraded in a fashion show in the Eiffel Tower…oui oui oui! Apparently they have become the new must have accessory…

Dating back in 1670 these little gems were hand made near Angouleme and entirely made from wool. Today they have been claimed as a fashion accessory.

Does that mean I can now open the door to the postman with no shame?
